Computers & Eyes
Many individuals who work with computer monitors or video display units (VDUs) may experience blurry vision and an irritated and fatigued feeling after working for extended periods of time.
This may be the result of the way equipment and furnishings are used, however, it may also be the affects of a vision problem to some degree.
When headaches, blurred vision, eye strain, excessive blinking or squinting, eye irritation, double vision, excessive tears or dry eyes, or a pain in the eyes are experienced, a visit to the optometrist is in order.
